Rockland Fencers Club Medals at the SYC

Over the weekend the Capitol Clash took place in Maryland, and the RFC earned a top 8 finish with Michael Kang in Y14 Mens Epee. Michael has been working hard and steadily improving as he plans to compete on the National Level in Y14 this season.

Michael started the day going 3-3 in pools and quickly improved his standings in the direct elimination rounds. Michael went on to win his next 4 direct eliminations and finsh the tournament in 7th place out of 113 fencers. Congratulations to Michael and all the RFC fencers who participated in the tournament.
