Attila Lukacs
Attila is a native Hungarian with over 30 years of fencing experience. As a competitor he achieved numerous international competition titles. Took 9th place at the Cadet World Championships in Venezuela, 3rd at the Junior European Championship in Portugal, and won multiple Junior World Cup medals. Attila has been coaching in the US for over 15 years. During this period Attila has helped many fencers to achieve top national and international results.
Donovan K. Holtz
Coach Donovan began his fencing career at the age of 10 through the Peter Westbrook Foundation. As a competitor his highest ranking was 7th in the nation in the Junior category and traveled to Worlds Cups in Junior and Senior events. He was a college All-American at Rutgers University and won the Mid-Atlantic/South Regional Championship in his freshmen year. As Coach, Donovan began teaching students through the Westbrook Foundation. He coached at the New Jersey Institute of Technology for four seasons. In addition, he served as Head coach and later assistant coach at Montclair High School where they won two district titles during his seven year tenure. In 2023 Donovan served as acting Junior National Coach at the Pan Am Games in San Salvador, El Salvador where Team USA took gold.
Jack D’Amico

Coach Jack D’Amico has started fencing as an adult in the early 2000s. He comes from the Spada Azzurra Fencing Club in New Jersey where he coached and competed for eleven years. He brings his extensive knowledge and experience in both the traditional and modern techniques of competitive foil and epee fencing. Many of Coach D’Amico’s fencers went on to compete at the college level and received fencing scholarships.
Olga Simonov

Olga Simonov was a Russian National Epee Team member from 1995 to 2005. Through her 20 years of competitive career she won several medals in national and international competitions. Some of her best accomplishments are, Russian National Championships, Finalist at World Cup in Italy, Champion of Paris International Students Games and Arnold Schwarzenegger Fencing Classic games. She started coaching in 2008. Since then she worked in numerous top performing clubs in the New York area. Her students earned numerous medals in regional and national events. Both of her children are continuing the family tradition and became competitive fencers.
Steven Griffiths

Steven has over 40 years of fencing experience. Multiple junior and senior USA national team member with numerous national championship titles and international medals. Since he retired from competing he has been coaching in the NY, NJ area. His son Ryan is also a cadet and junior national team member. Cadet world championship silver medalist and has won multiple national and international champion titles.
